Return and Exchange Policy

Online returns are accepted within 30 days from the shipped date as per return policy guidelines mentioned on "Exchange and return tab" Please fill out RA request form & submit to get RA#. Once we are notified, a return authorization number will be issued via email within 3 business days. Items mentioned in the RA must be returned within 15 days from the date of issuing RA#. After 15 days the RA# becomes invalid. Unauthorized returns cannot be exchanged or returned for refund. Finally, return authorization is not pre-paid, therefore, you will be responsible for the return shipping cost via insured traceable mail or carriers.

Due to sanitary reasons/rules, items must not have been worn, washed, altered, or decorated in any way (manufacturer's rules apply), Unfit to resale. All items must be with their price tag attached with the UPC/barcodes. There is a 20% restocking fee charged if the items returned without their price tag UPC/barcodes and original box.
