In the unfortunate event that you must return an item for whatever reason; whether it is defective, the wrong size/color, or any other issue. Again, we strive to make our customers happy. Ordering :
All In stock orders for In store pickup or for shipping are available as per policy displayed in In store pickup and shipping & Delivery sections.
If an item is "Out of stock available on line" We will special order the items, this may take a few days subject to availability with vendors. If the items are from multiple vendors, it may take a longer time to get them. Since the shipping charges include one shipment, we will wait until the order is complete. If the items are discontinued, or takes longer to arrive, we will notify you of the orders status and you have option to wait or cancel only for the items have not shipped, and we will refund the balance amount.
