Exchange & Return:

At Elite Uniforms our goal is your satisfaction. If you are unsatisfied with your purchase, we will gladly process refund. (Excluding original & return shipping and handling) within 30 days of purchase at our any retail stores with following terms.
All items for return or exchange must be in their original condition with all tags attached and packaging included. As well as, all items must be returned within 30 days from their date of purchase. Due to sanitary reasons/rules, items must not have been worn, washed, altered, or decorated in any way (manufacturer’s rules that apply to us as well as you, the customer).Shoes also have the same obligation regarding sanitary standards, shoes must not be worn outdoors or on any surface that may cause damage or leave marks which render them unfit to resale. All items must be with their price tag attached with the UPC/barcodes. There is a 20-30%% restocking fee charged on merchandise returned or exchanged not as per this policy. Online Return Procedure:

Online returns are accepted within 30 days from the shipped date as per above Exchange routine guidelines. Please fill out RA request form & email to get RA# within 30days from the date of purchase. Only items in the RA must be returned within 15 days from the date of issuing RA# After 15 days the RA# becomes invalid. Once we are notified, a return authorization number will be issued via email. Unauthorized returns cannot be exchanged or returned for refund. Finally, return authorization is not pre-paid, therefore, buyer is responsible for the return shipping cost. Please Ship via insured traceable mail or carriers to Elite Uniforms and Shoes, 138 South First, Albemarle, NC 28001. Please make sure to submit return authorization request form under home tab and follow the instructions.

Warranty & Defective Items:

Damaged, defective or shipping discrepancies will gladly be exchanged or returned as long as Elite Uniforms & Shoes is informed via email or fax with details of damage or discrepancies within five business days per above policy guide lines. Authorization number is required. Also, please note that manufacturers require inspection for defective items. Their turn-around time is between 2-3 weeks, this is the manufacturer’s rule, not ours. So a full refund can potentially take a few weeks due to manufacturer’s rules & regulations.
All the items are warranted by manufacture as per their terms & condition. As a retailer we will assist you to the best of our ability in sending the defective items to manufacturer. A final decision will be made from them.

It may take 2-3 weeks for your account to be credited and 1-2 billing cycles for the credit to be visible on your statement.

Refused shipment:

A refused shipment will be subject to 30% restocking fees plus shipping and handling fees.
